"Chorizo"is a highly valued traditional product in Asturian cuisine. At Naveda we elaborate our chorizo with the finest pork, which we season with excellent paprikas, which we then case in natural gut. It is then smoked with craftsmanship over oak fires. All of this combines to bestow it with an unmistakable flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Lean pork, beef, pok fat, paprika, salt and garlic.
TIPES: SWEET AND SPICY.
PRESENTATIONS:
- PLAIN: Clusters of approximately 5 Kg.
- VACUUM PACKED: Bags of 5, in boxes of 6 approx. 6 Kg.
- IN PORK LARD: Packages of 1 Kg., boxes of 12.
USES:
- As an ingredient in any dish.
- Fried.
- Cooked in cider or wine.
- Sliced for snackig on.
